Ariad Custom Communications adds one, promotes two

Ariad Custom Communications of Toronto has hired Lana Chen as an account director. She will work primarily on the firm's Telus account. Chen was most recently at Bell. Marnie Kramarich has been promoted to vice-president and will lead a number of accounts in the telecommunications and financial services sectors. She joined the agency nine years ago. Tracy Smith has been promoted to vice-president and leader of the agency's consumer practice.
