Harbinger adds three

Toronto-based Harbinger has appointed Caroline Murphy to the position of vice-president. She was most recently a vice-president at Veritas Communications. Joanne Dolan has joined the agency as a senior account manager. She was previously marketing activation manager for The Bay. She has also worked at Benefit Cosmetics, Hill & Knowlton and MS&L. Alison Mullen has been hired as an account manager. She was most recently an account executive at Ketchum Public Relations.
