Look Communications adds board members

Toronto-based Look Communications has appointed David Rattee and Lawrence Silber to its board of directors. They fill the last two vacancies created by the mass resignation of the company's previous board on July 21. Silber is a corporate and commercial lawyer with the firm of Kelly Santini in Ottawa. Rattee is president and CEO of MICC Investments in Toronto.
