TC Media promotes four

TC Media of Montreal has promoted Jules Roux to the position of senior vice-president of sales for its local and interactive marketing solutions group. He joined Transcontinental in 2004 as vice-president of sales for its book group. He later became vice-president of sales and marketing in the printing division. Prior to joining Transcontinental, Roux was vice-president of sales and marketing for IPL, Novacap and ADS.
Sylvain Tremblay has been appointed vice-president of sales for Quebec. He joined TC Media in 2001 as general manager of the Laurentides division and later became its general manager of national sales for distribution. In 2006, he became vice-president of sales and marketing. Tremblay has also worked at Look Communications and Videotron.
Antoine Shiu, has been promoted to vice-president of sales for Canada. He was previously vice-president of sales and creative services for the consumer solutions division in Toronto. He was then vice-president of strategy and business development for the interactive marketing solutions group. Prior to joining TC Media in 2013, Shiu worked at LexisNexis Canada, Bell Canada, Bell Mobility and BCE.
Céline Canuel has been appointed director of the company's subject matter experts unit. She joined the company in 2009 as an account director for Transcontinental Transmédia. She was later director of business development for the digital solutions division. Canuel has also worked at Komunik, Quebecor World and Transcontinental Sodema.
