Pathak joins TVO board

Toronto-based public broadcaster TVO has appointed Geetu Pathak to its board of directors for a three-year term. Pathak is the founder and director of Snowflakes, a Toronto-based baby products business. She has also held senior consulting positions at banking, transportation, logistics and high technology companies. The company has also re-appointed four board members for a second three-year term: vice-chair Diane Kelly, Penny Eizenga, Kambiz Kazemi and Judith Robertson.
