Archambault joins MS&L

MS&L has appointed Patricia Archambault to the position of healthcare vice-president in Montreal, a newly-created position in that city. Archambault was previously president and owner of Tutti Quanti Public Relations. She has also been a vice-president at Fleishman-Hillard Montreal and a senior consultant to the Business Development Bank of Canada.
