7 Communications opens Oakville

A new agency called 7 Communications has opened in Oakville, ON. The brand and retail consulting firm was founded by managing director Larry Futers, previously marketing vice-president at Volvo Canada and marketing director at Mitsubishi Canada. The firm has already signed a number of clients, including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, McMaster University and the Globe and Mail. "Brands are often bigger than their budgets," said Futers. "The demand to build and execute a mix of focused and powerful marketing solutions is often easier said than done when budgets are in retreat. 'Do more with less' isn't a catch phrase. It's a way of life for us."
