7 Communications adds three, promotes one

Oakville, ON-based 7 Communications has recently added three new staff members and promoted a fourth. Ranjan Gill has joined the agency as an account director. He will focus on marketing campaigns for automakers and producers of luxury goods. Gill was previously the experiental and event marketing communications manager at Telus. He has also been an account supervisor at Cundari and an account manager at Bensimon Byrne.
Tanya Colella has been hired as an account coordinator. She was previously the marketing coordinator at Delta Regis Tools, where she managed digital communications. She has also held communications positions at SCA Hygiene and Forest Products and Forget Me Not Flowers.
Rachel Alexander has joined the firm as an account coordinator in the event marketing division. She was most recently a coordinator at the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, where she managed marketing and brand partnerships. She has also worked at Boom Marketing.
Mike Goddard has been promoted to the position of account supervisor in the firm's digital and social media practice. He was most recently a senior account executive. Prior to joining the agency in 2013, Goddard was a social media specialist at Rebellion Media.
