Calgary International Children's Festival keeps Twist Marketing

The Calgary International Children's Festival has hired Twist Marketing of Calgary to handle its 2010 campaign. This will be the second year the agency has worked to promote the event, which features performing artists for young people. The 2010 festival will take place from May 25 to 29. "We were impressed with Twist Marketing’s work in 2009 and have renewed our relationship for 2010," said Carolyn Luhning, marketing and publicity manager for the festival. "We went to Twist Marketing with the objective of increase ticket sales, increase awareness of our festival and increase awareness of what the festival is about. Twist Marketing listened to and understood our needs, approached them from a strategic marketing point of view and, working under very tight deadlines, developed a fantastic creative execution that captured the spirit of our event and resonated with our target audiences."
