Newwest Special Projects hires Hill & Knowlton

Vancouver-based travel company Newwest Special Projects has appointed Hill & Knowlton Canada its public relations agency of record. Newwest plans to charter a cruise ship from Norwegian Cruise Line to serve as a floating hotel during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games. "We chose Hill & Knowlton as our agency based on the breadth and depth they were able to bring to this project, uniting extensive marketing communications experience with deep Olympic expertise," said Dennis Laliberte, president of Newwest.
