Vortex Mobile hires client services vice-president

Toronto-based mobile marketing firm Vortex Mobile has hired Joanne de Visser as vice-president of client services. She will oversee account management and business development, as well as advise on the company's marketing efforts. She was most recently the director of council initiative at the Interactive Advertising Bureau Canada. Prior to that, she was senior interactive manager at Coca-Cola Canada.
