LXB gains judicial assignment
By Adnews Staff
The Société québécoise d’information juridique has hired LXB of Montreal to develop its communication strategy and associated materials. The firm received the assignment in a call-for-tenders process that considered six agencies. "Our research demonstrated an interesting paradox," said André Bouchard, vice-president of planning and research at LXB. "The more the SOQUIJ is rigorous in its work to collate laws and jurisprudence, the more legal professionals can be creative in the development of their strategies, knowing they have all aspects of the issue in front of them. We based our approach on this thoroughness-creativity paradox." The society, part of the Department of Justice in Quebec, is responsible for collecting, analyzing and publishing legal information originating from the province's courts and other bodies.
