Montreal-based Branchez-Vous has developed a new social networking website called MaTerre.ca for those interested in environmental matters. The site is intended to allow users to share their ideas and projects with others, and to plan and promote activities in support of the environment. The site also includes a blog, news coverage, a listing of upcoming events, a directory of environmental organizations and various videos. "MaTerre.ca positions itself as the first environment-focused commercial media in Quebec," said Patrick Pierra, CEO of Branchez-Vous.
