GCI Group adds two

Toronto-based public relations agency GCI Group has hired Kate Hanna as a senior consultant in its consumer practice. She was most recently at National Public Relations. She has also worked for The Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario and The Royal Canadian Golf Association. Akshata Kalyanpur has joined GCI as a consultant in the technology practice. She has previously worked for agencies including 20:20 Media and Genesis Burson-Marsteller in India, where she worked in on IT, telecom, entertainment, tourism and consumer accounts.
