Newad hires three, promotes one

Newad has appointed Shawn Chance to the newly-created position of manager of client servicing and event marketing for central Canada. He will develop event marketing projects from the company's Toronto office. Chance was previously at Consumer Impact Marketing. Mark Russell has been appointed to the new position of account executive for business development and event marketing. He will be based in Vancouver. Russell has previously worked at Wasserman & Partners and Inventa. Craig van der Veen has been hired as an account executive for business development in Edmonton. He was previously at Pattison Radio and Harvard Broadcasting. Ana Appleyard has been promoted from sales coordinator to account manager for event marketing in Montreal.
