Schering Canada resumes Aerius tour

Schering Canada has begun a promotional tour for allergy product Aerius. The initiative will take place in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto from April to September. Promotional workers in a branded vehicle will distribute samples of the product in various high-traffic areas. The workers will be dressed as hang-gliders in reference to imagery used on the product's packaging. As giving away pharmaceuticals is illegal in Canada, the company will collect donations for each sample in support of the Canadian Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Foundation. The campaign was developed by Newad, which has conducted similar programs for the company for the past two years.
