Pauchuk joins Initiative Canada

Media agency Initiative Canada has appointed Michele Pauchuk to lead the company's operations. Outgoing general manager Sarah Ivey will move to the position of executive vice-president and director of communication planning at Initiative Worldwide. She will also direct the company's Sandbox unit in Canada. Pauchuk was most recently a managing director at The Media Company. She has also worked at Communique Group, Doner Canada and Palmer Jarvis DDB.
