FEDERAL PR ACCOUNT UP FOR GRABS

The PR portion of the Canada Retail Debt Agency business is on the open bidding system until June 19. The incumbent is a consortium of agencies made up of Freeman Rodgers Battaglia of Toronto, Compass Communications of Halifax and Communications Jean LaFleur of Montreal. The Canada Retail Debt Agency is a part of the federal Department of Finance. The agency chosen will handle PR for such things as Canada Savings Bonds. Vickers & Benson Advertising of Toronto was given the advertising portion of the account earlier this month.
