Launch promotes Stencell

Launch of Toronto has promoted Joanne Stencell to the position of group manager in its Consumer Connections department. She will work on the Natrel, Esso and Universal Studios accounts. Stencell joined the company in 2006 from TrojanOne. Launch is a division of Consumer Impact Marketing.
