Rona introduces Project Guide service

Home improvement retailer Rona, based in Boucherville, QC, has introduced a new service in its stores called the "Project Guide." The service consists of a collection of specially-trained employees who can advise customers on various home improvement projects, assist in coordinating the work and manage the installation process.  Customers can make an appointment with a guide in a Rona store or through its website at Rona.ca. "The Rona brand was always synonym of service," said company president and CEO Robert Dutton. "We decided to up the ante by dedicating experienced staff to helping customers with their home improvement projects, guiding them across the different departments or boutiques they need to shop from and offering advice on realizing the project themselves or through our installation services. This is something our customers have been asking for and today we've received amazing feedback from clients who have used the service."
