New managing director at Starcom MediaVest Group

Anne Myers will join Toronto-based Starcom MediaVest Group as executive vice-president and managing director on Nov. 26. The position includes communications planning, research, digital work, investment strategies and attracting new business. She will also assist in running the office and oversee a number of clients. Myers was previously managing director of OMD, a position she had held since 2002. Prior to that, she was vice-president and media director at Palmer Jarvis DDB.
