Transcontinental Custom Communications opens in Toronto

Transcontinental Media of Montreal has launched a new division called Transcontinental Custom Communications. The custom publishing agency is a joint venture with UK-based Seven Squared, also a custom publisher. "Branded content offers marketers the ability to connect in an engaging and non-intrusive way with their target audience while providing high-value returns," said Natalie Larivière, president of Transcontinental Media. "Combining the experience of Seven Squared with Transcontinental's Canadian media expertise will provide best-in-class branded content services to our clients." The division will also offer relationship marketing services including database marketing and research. The Toronto-based operation will be managed by Nino Di Cara of Seven Squared as director of custom publishing.
