Field Day hired by Warner Home Video Canada

Toronto-based Field Day has recently completed an online communications project for Warner Home Video Canada. The agency has developed a Web-based system that will inform Warner retail customers about new product releases and updates. "We hired Field Day based on their proven success in building customer relationships and in developing web-based B2B applications," said David Moffatt, director of trade marketing and consumer insights at Warner."Quality and timeliness of communication with our customers is crucial to our business. Field Day understood the strategic nature of our business and how our customers think and work. They built a system that vastly improves the workflow for both our customers and Warner staff." The new system permits Warner staff to update a central product database through a Web-based interface. Updates are then emailed to customers three times per week. Customers can then retrieve more details about a new product over the Web.
