PH Design hires Comrade

Calgary-based real estate company PH Design has retained Comrade, also based in Calgary, to market a beachfront development in San Carlos, Mexico called Pelican Cove Private Residences. The assignment includes branding for the property and a lead-generation campaign promoting the development to real estate speculators in Canada, the US and Mexico. The campaign began this week with newspaper advertising, email, search engine ads and other online activities. “We chose Comrade as our marketing partner because of their goal focused approach, unique market insight and compelling capabilities,” said David Jaques, project director and partner at PH Design.
