Kaboose buys Amazing Moms

Toronto-based online media company Kaboose has purchased online company Amazing Moms for US$750,000. The company operates a website aimed at mothers at <http://www.amazingmoms.com> that offers family activity ideas and children’s birthday party referrals. Company founder Katherine Bennett will join Kaboose and will continue to manage the site. “Amazing Moms is a fantastic parent resource that resonates with our mom audience,” said Kaboose CEO Jason DeZwirek. “In addition to improving the breadth and depth of our content offering, this acquisition secures a strong lead generation driver for Kaboose’s Birthday In A Box party business while also expanding the footprint for our advertising partners.”
