Marshall Fenn Communications gains two partners

Marshall Fenn Communications has made Oren Switzer-Tal and James Wentzell partners in the agency. Both are vice-presidents at the Toronto-based advertising and public relations firm. Switzer-Tal joined the agency in 1999 as an account director, while Wentzell joined in 2005. They are the first new partners in the agency in 14 years.
