Rain 43 adds one, promotes one

Toronto-based Rain 43 has promoted Laura Davis-Saville to the position of vice-president and director of strategic planning. She will have oversight of strategy for all of the agency's current and future clients. Davis-Saville joined Rain 43 10 months ago as strategic planning director. Prior to that, she was lead strategic planner at Lowe Roche. She has also worked at BBDO, Marshall Fenn Communications and Inventa.
Shawna Dressler has joined the agency human resources and operations director. She previously worked in recruitment and talent management at Zulu Alpha Kilo. Dressler has also worked at Brothers Dressler, the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Canadian Cancer Society.
