The new site includes a simplified resume creation system, a collection of personalization tools intended to allow users to find and apply for jobs more quickly, a Finance Zone containing resources and information for those seeking a career in banking, money management, insurance or real estate, as well as an updates Career Advice section. The site also includes new tools to help employers manage the responses they get from their postings.
