Argyle Rowland hires two

Argyle Rowland Communications of Toronto has hired Karen Passmore and Erin O'Keefe as consultants. Both specialize in the financial services sector. Passmore has spent the last six years at an unidentified Canadian financial institution. She will work on communications planning, brand building, investor relations programs and issues management for clients in the finance, technology and government sectors. O'Keefe previously worked at a Toronto-based investor relations firm. She will develop corporate communications plans for financial services, technology, health and consumer clients at Argyle Rowland.
