ADAMS MINT GOING NATIONAL

Adams Brands of Toronto is hoping the whole country will get a Köldt in May. Adams launched the breath mint in Ontario in February and is preparing to roll it out to the rest of the provinces next month. TV and print advertising began this week in Ontario and will run nationally next month. Outdoor will be added to the media mix when the campaign goes national. The advertising was created by J. Walter Thompson in Toronto. If the brand does well in Canada it will expand to the U.S., business manager Joe Morrissey told Adnews this week. Adams Brands is a division of Warner-Lambert Canada.
