Reebok signs Crosby as hockey equipment endorsee

Reebok International has signed a multi-year endorsement agreement with 17-year-old hockey player Sidney Crosby. Crosby was part of the gold-medal-winning Team Canada at the 2005 IIHF World Junior Championships this year and is the leading scorer in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He is expected to be the number one draft pick when he moves to the NHL. According to Reebok, Crosby will be a major part of its hockey equipment marketing strategy. Crosby use the company's Rbk 8K FitLite helmet and Rbk 8K skates He will also use Reebok footwear, apparel and equipment during off-ice training.
