By Adnews Staff
Ignite Communications of Vancouver has changed the name of its subsidiary Forge Marketing to Ignite eDirect. In addition, Ignite has struck a deal with Kinetix Media Communications of Vancouver, making it Ignites exclusive email marketing fulfillment provider. Kinetix will service existing Forge clients and future clients of Ignite eDirect. Kinetix will, however, remain independent and privately owned. "Our edirect business has experienced stable and steady growth over the past five years, but it has been challenging to attract and retain top talent," said Ignite CEO Dan Hunter. "We needed to build on our core expertise to meet growing demand from our clients and the Kinetix team delivers some of the best and most experienced people in the industry." Ignite Communications clients include the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, the John Casablancas Institute, Westminster Savings Credit Union, the Richmond Auto Mall, SuperPages, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Fairwinds Real Estate Development and BC Hot House Foods.
