ROGERS CABLE TO RELEASE SECOND HOT SHOTS AD

Rogers Cable will begin airing a second commercial from its "Hot Shots" advertising competition later this month. The competition invited filmmakers to submit ideas for a TV ad promoting the Rogers Yahoo Hi-Speed Internet service. Nine winning entries were selected. The new ad, called "One Place," was created by Quan Giang. It presents various scenarios that illustrate the convenience of having everything in one place. "Old Men," created by Brad Horvath and Erin MacMillan, was the first ad chosen to air on television as part of the internet advertising campaign.
