MELITTA PROMOTES ONE:ONE COFFEE MAKER

Melitta Canada is promoting a single-serving coffee maker called One:One with infomercials, print advertising, a sampling program and a media tour. The machine is displayed in store with pre-measured packages of coffee wrapped in a filter called Java Pods. The One:One was released in the U.S. earlier this year. Machines were installed in the guest rooms of airport Hilton hotels in Toronto and Montreal in the spring. Advertising for Melitta is done by Jan Kelly Marketing of Burlington, ON. Public relations are handled by The Carlisle Group of King City, ON.
