PUBLICIS DIALOG BEGINS KIWI PROMO

Toronto-based Publicis Dialog has created a promotional campaign for Zesprit Gold Kiwifruit. The grocery store sampling program is aimed at mothers and children. Sampling will take place at 30 stores in Ontario and 47 stores in western Canada for two days at each location. Floor decals will be placed in 176 stores in western Canada. The program will be conducted from a wrapped booth, with promotional workers distributing information about the fruit and a branded spoon and knife combination to be used in its consumption. "Our research showed that sampling is an effective way to reach consumers with a one-on-one experiential and education interaction," said Publicis Dialog general manager Diane Wysocki. "We presented unique ideas and innovative in-store solutions that we expect will resonate with the Canadian mom and her family." Publicis Dialog is the promotional arm of Publicis Canada.
