TSN TO NAME CONTEST WINNERS

TSN will begin identifying the winners of its 20 Authentic Sports Experiences contest tomorrow in Adnews and Marketing Daily. The contest, aimed at ad industry workers, promotes the network's 20th year on the air. Between April 19 and May 27, the TSN sales staff made presentations to various Toronto advertising firms, leaving behind promotional materials printed with an identifying number. On Friday, TSN drew twenty numbers to determine the contest winners. During the month of June, a daily winning number will be released. The person in possession of that number will win a prize such as a night watching television with a SportsCentre host, an appearance on "Off the Record," a spa and golf weekend, a weekend in New York, and a practice run by NHL analyst Pierre McGuire for a local minor hockey team.
