Helena Lazar has been promoted from account supervisor to account director at Young & Rubicam of Toronto

...Greg Kavander has joined Leo Burnett Company of Toronto as account director working on the Kellogg Canada business. Formerly he was advertising manager at Rogers Cablesystems of Toronto. He has also worked at McCann Erickson Advertising of Canada (now MacLaren McCann).
