Argyle Rowland Communications of Toronto has been appointed public relations agency of record for ONE Financial Corporation, also based in Toronto. Argyle was hired without a review. The assignment includes ongoing public and media relations. The agency will also advise the company on marketing strategy and assist in the development of new marketing materials. Previously public relations for ONE Financial were handled internally.
