NEW GENERAL MANAGER AT CHANNEL 500

Channel 500 has appointed Richard Toker general manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He will also attempt to expand the firm's services beyond direct response television. Previously Toker was senior vice-president of client services at Draft Worldwide.
