HOLMES & LEE INCORPORATES DIVISIONS INTO SELF
By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based Holmes & Lee has moved its Sisu and Prescient divisions under the umbrella of its main brand. As a result the agency has changed its name to Holmes & Lee - Advertising, Design & Interactive. Sisu is a design group while Prescient is the agency's Internet arm. Both were established within the last three years. John Lee, president of the agency, said both the groups have become successful and have established reputations. "However, as we examine a marketplace where the agency product has become even more competitive and fragmented, we felt it necessary to use our strengths to create a singular agency brand," he said. The Web site at <http://www.holmesandlee.com> has been modified to reflect the changes. Also, a new management staff has been appointed. At Holmes & Lee Design, Pia Nummi has become vice-president and creative director while Julie Mitchell has become vice-president and general manager. At Holmes & Lee Interactive Mike Wilson and Brian Steinhauser have assumed those respective positions. Also, Rob Nadler has been made vice-president and group account director at Holmes & Lee Advertising.
