Rogers AT&T Wireless has promoted Joseph Chesham to president of the Ontario region. Chesham be responsible for all sales, distribution, service and regional marketing activities in Ontario. Chesham has been at Rogers AT&T Wireless for ten years. He was previously vice-president of sales, service and distribution for the Ontario region.
