CFL DEBUTS DIVISION LOGOS

The Canadian Football League unveiled new logos for its East and West divisions last week. The logos, created by FutureBrand Canada, consist of a maple leaf and football with the letters "W" or "E." The logos will be introduced to fans in CFL stadiums when the 2003 season starts in June. The CFL's East division includes the Montreal Alouettes, the Ottawa Renegades, the Toronto Argonauts and the Hamilton Tiger Cats. Teams in the West division include the BC Lions, the Edmonton Eskimos, the Calgary Stampeders, the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
