JEEP, EXCLAIM SPONSOR CONCERT SERIES

DaimlerChrysler's Jeep brand and Exclaim! Magazine will present a series of concerts in April and May intended to showcase new Canadian and international musical acts. Performers will include former Pixies members Frank Black and David Lovering, electronic performers Trans Am and Toronto punk band Tangiers. The annual concert tour, now in its eleventh year, will stop in 12 cities from Victoria to Halifax. A compact disc of music from the performers at the event, called the "Jeep Concert Tour," will be distributed to some concert goers. "The concert series itself and its attendees are a perfect fit for the Jeep brand," said Matt Brannagan, manager of the brand. "Like our Jeep products, the Exclaim! concert series was created for people who love to live life to the fullest."
