HEALTHY MEALS TO AIR ON PATIENTDIRECT SERVICE

The Healthy Canadian Media Group and Canadian Living magazine have introduced a monthly "Healthy Meal" feature for the former firm's PatientDirect Television service. PatientDirect delivers educational content and advertising to physician waiting rooms in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and Ontario. The information is displayed in a loop that repeats every 20 to 30 minutes. The "Healthy Meal" feature will be a 30-second clip produced by Healthy Canadian Media Group with material provided by Canadian Living, said Don Wilson, president of the Healthy Canadian. The clip will include photos, the text of a recipe, a nutritional breakdown of the meal and Web site addresses at which viewers can find more information. The first "Healthy Meal" item began running this month.
