PARTNERS BUY GRAPHIQUES M&H
By Adnews Staff
Yves Langelier and Daniel Gendron have bought Graphiques M&H. The financial details of the deal are not known. Langelier and Gendron have worked at the Montreal-based firm for 27 and 23 years, respectively. The deal to buy the company was arranged following the death of Graphiques M&H founder and president Peter Marsh in July 2002. Graphiques M&H is an outsourcing company that provides computer graphics and prepress services to advertising firms. "We now plan on broadening the scope of M&H by offering new, complementary services designed to better accommodate the growing needs of our clients," Gendron said.
