TATTOO MAKES WEINSTEIN PRESIDENT

Toronto-based tattoo direct + digital has appointed Fransi Weinstein president. She will retain her position as chief creative officer. Weinstein replaces former president Cheryl Young, who left the company earlier this month. Weinstein, Young and tattoo vice-president Sharon Zillmer founded the agency in June 2000. Weinstein will be responsible for all business development and strategic planning. She will also continue to lead the agency's creative staff. Also, Zillmer will take on more operational assignments within the agency including financial, infrastructure and logistics and human resources. Tattoo is a division of The DAC Group.
