PEPSI TO DEBUT NEW PACKAGING

Pepsi-Cola Canada of Mississauga will debut new packaging for its Pepsi-Cola and Caffeine Free Pepsi-Cola products this spring. The updated graphics will display the word "Pepsi" in a new font with a silver outline, along with ice shards shaded silver set against a blue background. Beginning in March, the new graphics will appear on plastic bottles, cans, 12- and 24-packs, fountain cups, vending machines and advertising signs. Pepsi will also make adjustments to the graphics on the packaging of Pepsi Twist and diet Pepsi Twist to match the new look. An in-house design group at Pepsi worked with Landor Associates of New York to create the design. Public relations for Pepsi-Cola Canada are handled by Praxis Public Relations of Mississauga.
