CTV, PROCTER & GAMBLE HOLD PEOPLE'S CHOICE CONTEST

CTV and Procter & Gamble have begun an online contest promoting Pantene Pro-V shampoo and Hydrience hair colour tied into the upcoming People's Choice Awards. The grand prize winner will receive a trip to Los Angeles to attend the awards show. Viewers enter through a contest page at <http://www.ctv.ca>. Visitors to the site can also vote in two People's Choice Awards categories: "Best New TV Drama" and "Best New TV Comedy." An on-air and online promotional campaign is supporting the contest, which will run until Dec. 30. The on-air creative was developed by CTV, while the online promotion was handled by Bell Globemedia Interactive. The People's Choice Awards program will air on Jan. 12 on CTV.
