HIGHWAY ENTERTAINMENT APPOINTS PROGRAMMING VP

Paul Sweeney will join Highway Entertainment as executive vice-president of programming on Jan. 13. Highway Entertainment is a television program barter company within the Omnicom Group. Sweeney is currently vice-president of program sales at Fox Television Canada.
