KILPATRICK MADE PRESIDENT OF SPENCER FRANCEY PETERS

Toronto-based design firm Spencer Francey Peters has appointed Lynne Kilpatrick to the position of president. She joined the company in April 2001 as vice president of strategy planning. Prior to that she was vice president of marketing and communications as applications service provider EC-Gate of Toronto. She also spent seven years at the Bank of Montreal, most recently as vice president of marketing communications. "Lynne's background on both the client and agency side will allow her to bring a new dynamism to the organization," said CEO James Burn. Outgoing president Peter Francey, one of the company's founders, will become chairman. Spencer Francey Peters is a division of Motivus Inc.
